Project 1000


The project has as a basic matrix a fund raising program that is based on packing of a special box we had made that is 15"x15"x14.5" and represents one cube in a forty foot container.  There are 1000 cubes in the container.  It divides the container into elements that can be sponsored by individuals.  We use the titles if there is a need to specialize the shipment.  For instance if there are interest in children then we call it Project 2000.  It is possible to have several of the projects on the same container shipment.  This allows for fund raising focused to the attention or concerns of the donor.  What we do not do is mess with the matrix, the principle must remain the same and the plan works.

This is our primary project title which is refined as

Project 2000 for children
Project 3000 for seniors
Project 4000 for Veterans
Project 5000 for Military
Project 6000 for Medical


The cost of the cube is based on what we want to accomplish with the project.  It is designed to cover all the expenses of the shipment and not just the sea voyage cost of the container.

The full plan is as follows:

1000 boxes filled according to the request

Purchase of the Container so it stays at the site, part of a building plan.

Acquiring, packing, stowage and loading of the container

Voyage of the Container to the designated country

Air Fare round trip for one of our Missionaries to go on scene and help with distribution and survey of the project[s] for future assistance.

The standard support per cube or box is $20.00.  Compare this to the Christmas Shoebox that another organization does asking for $5 per box or more this is a fair price.  Our box will hold 9 of the shoe boxes, so we do for $20 for what they ask $45 or more for.

This program allows to seek for the best quality of materials for the project at hand.  If the items needed will not fit in the cube box then we figure out the cube of the shipment and then do the math.  For example a large item that takes the place of four boxes would be equated to four cubes.

This program provides forms for use by churches or individuals for the fund raising project.

 We provide a complete set up personalized to the church or group for the purpose of fund raising.  Being a 501 [c][3] we provide a tax deductible receipt if the group doing the fund raising cannot provide one.

In a nut shell that is the plan.  When the plan is worked exactly as planned it works 100% of the time.  When modified the percentage goes south fast .
