Mission Harvest America
continues to reach out to the Deployed Troops.
Christmas Project for Afghan Children
and Troops
"Target
Afghanistan"
Congressman Ander
Crenshaw, members of the 169th Squadron CAP/USAF and staff of
Mission Harvest America are preparing Care packages for the troops.

One deployed
Florida Unit is currently serving in Afghanistan. The 53D Logistics
Task Force is in the Kabul area. Soldiers of the 53rd have used their
off duty time volunteering to repair area schools that have been damaged
or in disrepair. The troops have asked that instead of care packages
could we send them school supplies for the children. Taking the
challenge we are assembling a 40 Foot Container of both school supplies
and some goodies for the troops. Mission Harvest America needs your
donations to make this happen. Click
HERE for a fax
donation form [FAX], for credit card donations.
You can also use
the form to send a check donation. The project has been extended
beyond Thanksgiving to Christmas. This container is almost 50%
full and will soon be ready to go.
Your
donation now will make a difference.
$9800.00 needs to be raised for this project; over $3,000.00 has already
been received.
Almost 52,000 care packages
have been sent since Desert Storm.

Mission
Harvest has responded to the needs of thousands of people in 54 countries
and 46 states by providing logistical and material support to those in need. From supporting the troops deployed into Harm's Way to
providing relief to victims of hurricanes, Mission Harvest has provided
assistance.
Mission Harvest has no paid
employees. With four full time Missionaries and a few volunteers Mission
Harvest has received, processed and shipped over 27 million pounds of
materials for humanitarian aid. See About Us for more information on
our Mission.
The foundation of Mission Harvest has been
operating as if it all depended upon us, but knowing that it all depends
upon the Lord. We are thankful He has allowed us to serve.

Some people can help themselves, others need our help. What can you
do?
Mission Harvest provides shipments of humanitarian aid to
meet global needs.

shipment of donated materials go to your mission field of choice.
Please Pray with us and help support the efforts to meet the needs of so
many. Those in need certainly look to those who have been so blessed to
help them. We can do this with your support.
Supporting the Troops- Remember they are our troops and need our support.
Humanitarian Aid- The
excesses of America enhance the life of the poor of many states and nations.
Water Filters-
Many Mission Medical teams provide medical treatment, however, they cannot
give them clean pure water so that the medical problems don't come back.
With the Mission Filter we can provide a family of five fresh clean pure
water for one full year on just one kit. |
